Product Cap Design

Challenge:
Chemical delivery pouches and caps were dimensionally incompatible, leading to leaks and rejected product.

Solution:
Developed a simple, low-cost solution using sliced Tygon tubing as an interference-fit seal ring.

Result:
Achieved leak-proof assembly at less than 1 cent per unit in cost. Passed aggressive physical abuse tests.
