Endless Valve Failure Loop

Challenge:
Robots’ hot water rinse valves constantly failed due to diaphragm and magnet degradation, requiring multiple rebuild kits monthly.

Solution:
Replaced solenoid valves with piston-actuated angle valves made of stainless steel and Teflon, immune to corrosion and mechanical sticking.

Result:
Achieved 100% uptime for all 20 robots outfitted with the new valve systems over several years.
