Novastar Inert Gas Conversion Modification

Challenge:
NovaStar soldering machines wasted nitrogen continuously during warm-up and idle times.

Solution:
Modified system to use compressed air during warm-up, switching to nitrogen only briefly per cycle.

Result:
99.9% reduction in nitrogen use per day. Facility-wide standardization of the upgrade.
